La richiesta dei docenti di questo laboratorio
è stata quella di realizzare un libro visivo, nell’ottica di presentare il progetto come tesi finale del corso di laurea. Dall’analisi del testo di Stefano Maggi si è potuto produrre un volume che utilizza le regolamentazioni ferroviarie per dare rigore all’impaginato. Dalla prima all’ultima pagina,
il lettore si sente trasportato all’interno del sistema delle ferrovie italiane grazie alla simbologia dettata dalla grafica: il binario composto dal testo principale e i titoli dei capitoli; le stazioni in luogo di sei fotografie rappresentative, collocate a inizio capitolo; la segnaletica suggerita dalle molteplici note a lato della pagina. Un libro che, per la sua metodologia di costruzione, funge come una sorta di manuale di impaginazione ferroviaria.

The request of the teachers
of this laboratory was to create a visual
book, in order to present the project
